Shipping costs & delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. Shipping to countries other than Germany may incur additional duties and taxes.
We ship our goods worldwide – within Germany with DHL goGreen climate-neutral and insured – to you.
In addition to the prices stated, we charge 2.90 euros (package S), 4.90 euros (package M), 6.90 euros (package L) for delivery within Germany, 9.90 euros to all other European countries and a flat rate of 14.90 euros per order worldwide. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
From a shopping cart value of 75 euros, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
Unless otherwise stated, we need approx. 2-3 working days for shipping to you.
